£20,000 in legal tender Treasury Notes was issued, redeemable by Oct. 10, 1768. The redemption date was extended to Oct. 20, 1769 at the Nov. 1761 Session, similar to the Oct. 12, 1758 issue. Signers were Robert Carter Nicholas, John Randolph, and Peyton Randolph. One signer appears for the two lowest denominations and two signers for the others.
